Alaska Day 41 - Anchorage

Lucky WishboneLucky WishboneMonday was another rest and relax day with time to catch up on maintenance and cleaning of the bus.  Most of the day was spent around the camp site playing with Gypsy and watching the F-22 jets zoom over as they were practicing take off and touch downs.  We did leave the camp ground and have dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Anchorage, the Lucky Wishbone. The Lucky Wishbone has great fried chicken at a good price. The restaurant has been in business since 1955 so apparently we aren't the only ones who like it. After dinner we did drive downtown to check on the tourists and see if Ship Creek was producing any fish.  The tourists were still everywhere and the fish were not to be seen. Don't you just love tourists?
